Background And Expertise

Jael’s journey in hospitality began as an Administrative Volunteer at Nightingale House Hospice in Wrexham, Wales. Her dedication to customer service and knack for efficiency soon led her to the prestigious JW Marriott Hotel in London, where she honed her skills as a supervisor. There, she developed a reputation for her personable service, problem-solving abilities, and outstanding attendance record.

Jael’s global perspective and passion for change brought her to the African Association of Women – Global Network (AAWTH). As the Director of Administration, She contributed to the growth of the African hospitality and tourism industry.

Jael’s journey continued at the Marriott Hotel in Accra, Ghana, where she served as an At Your Service Manager. Here, she not only improved customer satisfaction ratings but also became the GXP (Guest Experience) Champion, training teams across various departments to enhance guest service.

However, it was during her tenure as General Manager at RB Park Hill Hotel Ghana that Jael truly made her mark. She oversaw the hotel’s transformation, rebranding, and interior decoration changes that led to a remarkable 10% increase in occupancy rates. Her financial acumen and operational expertise drove a 15% year-over-year increase in room revenues for two consecutive years.

 

Jael’s commitment to excellence extends beyond profits; she is equally passionate about sustainable growth and community impact. As the Managing Director of RB Park Hill Hotel Ghana, she created and implemented strategies to increase cost efficiency while preserving a relationship of trust with shareholders, regulators, and business partners.
